Are you going to eat together today?
界 · Boundary
想要 is a settled plan leaning into the action; 想 is a wish still held back, not yet committed.
會要 is the doer's own plan; 會 is a prediction that the action will turn out to happen.
object after 要 for a plan: 我要飯 → 我要吃飯
negation with 不要 (that forbids/refuses): 我不要去開會 → 我不去開會
obligation read in: 你要小心 (must) treated as plan → keep plan-要 before an action you choose
English 'will/going to' is a tense; learners drop 要 and mark the future only with a time word, or read every 要 as 'want.'
