joining adjectives with 和: 這家餐廳便宜和有名 → 這家餐廳又便宜又有名
one 又 for two qualities: 又便宜有名 → 又便宜又有名
two concurrent actions under 又…又…: 又走路又打電話 → 一邊走路一邊打電話
English 'both … and …' uses one conjunction; learners reach for 和 between the adjectives and drop the repeated 又.
