Water (the top is 水 laid on its side) brimming over a vessel (皿) — the dish so full it spills. The picture is more: pour past the rim and the amount only grows. The parts draw the increase; no piece spells a sound. From the overflow: 利益、益處, and the original "more" survives in 溢, the same graph with 氵 added back.
